Description:

We are looking for a results-driven software tester to be responsible for designing and running tests on software usability. The software tester will conduct tests, analyse the results, and report observations to the design team. You may also interact with clients in order to understand the requirements of the product.

To be successful as a software tester, you should have a working knowledge of software and test design, the capability to run through tests, and the ability to analyse the results. Ultimately, the software tester should be result-driven, have good communication skills, and up-to-date knowledge of software programming and software test design.

Responsibilities

What are your tasks?

• You ensure the quality by testing and accepting the developed solutions and accompany the release tests and the release rollout to our customers.
• You actively work on the further development of test cases and test documentation.
• You like to be responsible for test preparations and test data maintenance.
• You are open to adapt test processes or to introduce new test processes.

Required skills

What do we expect from you?

• You have already gained some experience as a software tester in a bank or with a software provider.
• Certificates like ISTQB Foundation Level are an advantage.
• In the context of software testing, you describe error scenarios and define the solution variants.
• You have a good analytical understanding, approach tasks in a structured way and know that problems are best solved in a team.
• Your English (+ German) is fluent, any additional language like Italian or French is a plus.

As a Business Analyst, you will collect and analyse data and information to look for ways the company can run more efficiently. You may be tasked with projects designed to improve quality, reduce errors, or design new business processes. In this role, you should research and collect data from reports and through talking with teams and managers, analyse the data and information and come up with possible solutions. Business Analysts document findings and communicate recommendations for how the company can improve to managers or departments.

• You are able to translate the requirements of our customers into solutions.
• You develop technical specifications and coordinate them with the customer as well as with the development team.
• You ensure the quality by testing and acceptance of the developed solutions and accompany the release tests and the release rollout to our customers.

Required skills

 What do we expect from you?

• You have already gained experience as a business analyst in a bank or with a software provider.
• You understand banking and have already been able to familiarize yourself with some topics in detail.
• You want to understand banking in its entirety and are not afraid to familiarize yourself with new topics.
• You have a good analytical understanding, approach new problems in a structured way and know that problems are best solved in a team.
• Certificates like IREB Foundation Level are an advantage.
• Your English (+ German) is fluent, any additional language like Italian or French is a plus.
