The candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in the use of the.

NET platform language and development of web applications and must have the following knowledge:

• Excellent knowledge of C# 
• Excellent knowledge of Entity Framework, LINQ, Windows Forms, WPF, etc. 
• Good knowledge of SQL, focused on use with Oracle / MS SQL Server 
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS, React, Vue - Angular JS is a preferred)
• Knowledge of web development best practices, with particular attention to performance, cross-browsing, responsive web design and security 
• Knowledge of Web Services in particular the aspects concerning communication with back-end services (AJAX, REST, SOAP) and asynchronous programming 
• Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS

Candidates who qualify will participate in the international team of developers and completes activities specified for IT systems aimed at improving the operation of small, medium-sized banks and financial institutions.

Responsibilities:

Candidates who qualify will have some of the following responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, coordinating and testing formally IT system parts. 
• Develops and completes activities specified for IT systems
• Maintaining and monitoring of OS system and updates mostly in a Microsoft environment;
• Creates and maintain the necessary documentation for system configurations; 
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems availability;
• Coordinates and communicates with other members of the team;
• Implementing best practices for system security;
• Assists in providing day-to-day operational support for server, storage or network infrastructures.
• Builds, patches, tests (check for compatibility issues, conducts QA) and deploys systems and platforms meeting clients’ needs and specifications.
• Implements changes to infrastructure with the goal of enhancing performance.
• Performs storage and server data backup, data migration and disaster recovery operations.
• Assists with software and operating system upgrades and track system licensing.
• Configuring security settings or access permissions for groups and individuals.
• Provides technical support (help desk) to users by troubleshooting problems related to network or platform performance.
• Documents procedures and troubleshooting procedures related to systems/networks software and hardware.
• Maintains office and/or production software, adjunct support and/or utility software, i.e. Virus malware protection, office application suites and/or application software
• Collaborates with other working units
• Infrastructure management including performance tuning, capacity planning and cluster management;
• Follow up and implementation of IT policies and procedures
• Assist with coordinating upgrades and updates to newer technologies, determine impact and best implementation practices
• Reports to the responsible for Best Vision Balkan

Required skills: 

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working with complex systems infrastructures.
• Several years of experience with Active Directory, VMware, Office 365, Backup and Replication software like Veeam.
• Certifications in the related field.
• Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.
• Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside of IT and outside the organization.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate appropriate initiative in decision making.
• Ability to communicate (fluency in written and spoken English and Albanian language).

Responsibilities:

Candidates who qualify will have some of the following responsibilities:

• Configures and installs various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, Wireless AP's, VPN, VoIP)
• Performs network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
• Monitors performance and ensures system availability and reliability.
• Works within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
• Selects and implements security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s Infrastructure unit.
• Contracted Client support related to all above mentioned points.
• Coordinates all activities inside the Network unit, supervises Two Network Administrators and reports to the Coordinator of Infrastructure Unit. 
• Provides detailed network documentation for all projects involved.

Required skills: 

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working with complex network infrastructures.
• Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, firewall, routers, switches, controllers.
• Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.
• Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.
• Ability to work with all levels of staff within and outside of IT and outside the organization.
• Ability to communicate (fluency in written and spoken English and Albanian language).

Desirable certifications and experience:

• Cisco, Juniper, Mikrotik, Palo Alto, Checkpoint (certificates or experience).
• Firewall, Security, Wireless and VoIP experience.
